Multiple sources are reporting two huge explosion at the Sabon-geri area of Kano state.

Daily Post are reporting that it was a twin Explosion, one along the new motor park and the second at the new shoprite at Ado Bayero road.

The details of the Kano attack and the number of casualties are unclear. The police spokesperson for Kano State, Magaji Majiya, told PREMIUM TIMES he was on his way to the scene "to find out exactly what happened".

The Nigerian Police force have confirmed the attack saying that the Explosives where hidden in table top frigde disguised as luggage.

This comes a day after yesterday's twin bomb attack on Kaduna where more than 40 people where reported dead.
