And for me this is a matter of conscience and not swimming with the tides. <br>Partisan politics is a thing i greatly abhor, I am neither an Anti-Jonathan nor a Pro-Buhari; but I believe the truth must be told.<br>Perhaps there's freedom of speech; one is shielded by my many laws; once what one says or writes is not defamatory.....one of the provision is ARTICLE 19 of THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION ON CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS OF. 16th December 1996 which came into operation on 23rd March 1976...d subsection (ii) has it  that "Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art,or through another media of his choice".<p>Therefore I express my heartfelt grievances that:<br>I have found myself in a country where we generate our electricity ourselves(using generating set),healthcare? Same thing, Education? We pay a sky-rocketting amount to get it, you travel by road, you are not safe as a result of d deplorable state of d road, you see manhole, u fear God, travel by rail u'd use ages before u get to ur destination, our airspace is one of d most dreaded; Housing? You get to some waterside part of d country you'd glorify God u still av a safer place to rest at 9t.<br>Insecurity appears to be the order of d day bullet flying everywhere, houses turning to dust, people runing helter-skelter, displaced families, deserted towns and malnourished children.<br>"Mannapping" here and there, even kids are alittle bit safer to b kidnapped, older people are being held for ransome.<br>The security agents who are expected to be the law enforcers are the main law defaulters, respected institutions are broken; sanity has disappered into the thin air, our youths walk on the street virually uncladed, obscenity is pervasive.<br>Minor are being defiled by near-grave elders, youths have turn drug addicts, harrasment has got no home; it could be unleashed on anyone anywhere and anytime.<br>Should all these continue in this 2015? NO! We can change it for good, the elders in yorubaland would say "owo eni lafin tun iwa ara eni se".<br>If someone was given 6years and could not fix it, definitely giving him another four years is a sheer wickdness and directiolesness.<br>He might av tried in his capacities but the best is what we desire, we don't settle for mediocrity rather we celebrate excellence; I can never forget my devalued naira, will you ever forget the first day of the year yu were greeted with FUEL SUBSIDY? Imagine the number of businesses that must av gone crippled as a result of that; where are our over 200 girls? Are they dead or alive? Enslaved or sex-machined, malnourished? What about the over 50 students killed in their lodge? Where they not borne like were borne? And to our brothers nd sisters being maimed in the north are they not human? Have you forgotten so soon the numbers  of time our Universities and polytechnics were shut?<br>Alas! Are you aware that Nigerians now pay a cut throat PHCN bills for poorer services? Are you aware that those companies were sold under the guise of government can't finance them enough? So why have we continued to pump money in selling companies without results? I thought those guys felt they had the money to invest. Security is a no go area. The fact that 10% of our land mass is under the control of some rag tag militias is unacceptable by any standard. Worse still is the fact that our soldiers are being court martialled for daring not to fight without proper ammunitions. Mind you, those soldiers have families like you and I.<br>Sadly enough, some people are still gunning for GEJ, I wonder if they live in the same Nigeria am living, let's do the count: ASUU (6 months), ASUP (9 months), COEASSU (12 months), NLC, TUC, PENGASSAN, Judiciary Staff & JOHESU (currently on strike), NMA, and so many others.On economy,the unwillingness of d FG to reduce d price of PMS despite d global fall in price of crude oil, our dwindling foreign reserve and excess crude account under GEJ is unprecedented and has taken a negative tow on our economy resulting in non-payment of  govt workers salaries.<br>It's time for change, in my own world and opinion,I'm voting General Muhammadu Buhari; he may not be a saint but he is surely not a JONATHAN; let's make it all a FEBURUARY wit BUHARI....... SAI BUHARI d peoples GENERAL. I wish you all a Blissful and eventful year

His usual paying of lip-service to curb terrorism has shown his inhumane side as his media persons (Reuben and Doyin) has because of their gluttonious nature sacrificed their dignity;the moment Doyin okupe made that illogical statement I got to realise it totally that "ounje ti baba yi nje o je ko gbadun mo" lost his diginty in the attempt to save Dr jona from his detailed C.V of maladministration, insurgence,carnage amidst others.....quoting professor pius Adesanmi in one of his write-ups "Although he is sadly in his sixties – I say sadly because his behaviour always suggests that he is trapped in a pre-teenage stage of development – the patriarchs in Ogun state need to summon Doyin Okupe and flog him in a public assembly. It is rare to see a Yoruba elder in Doyin Okupe's station do so much damage to his culture because he either misunderstands it or his desire for stomach infrastructure stands in the way of wisdom" Besides, how could one compare someone who cared-less about d abduction of over 200 children, citing prof adesunmi "President Jonathan went on prime time TV to proclaim that stealing is not corruption. She was so happy; she took me to the market and bought a lot of Lace cloths for me. By the time I got back to Nigeria most of my clothes were Lace material and people start identifying me with my clothes.<p>Q What about your early career?<p>It was rough because I came into Lagos not knowing anybody; I just asked some where I could get a Studio and I found myself living there because I helped some guys on Studio section to harmonise music.<p>Q What genre of music do you play?<p>I do Afro-Hip-pop music.<p>Q  What has been your experience with Dozage Records?<p>Since joining Dozage, it has been a huge success and pillar to my career; we have been trying to work up to the peak. Dozage has got a lot of talents to watch out for, like Mayor Safin, Phenom, and I know we are taking over soon.<p>Q  Which song that brought you into limelight?<br>Hmmm I will say it "Sebiwo".<p>Q Experience with other Nigerian artistes?<p> It has been cool, few still want to feel what this guy can do, but I am sure they are convinced, so it has been fine.<p>Q  What informed your recently album - BENIN TO NIGERIA; why did you tag and release it on 14th of February?<br>Well, my debut album Benin-2-Nigeria is all about me, where I come from, what I can do and my style of music. My management chose the date and we worked it out.<p>Q Does your music have any impact on your religion?<p>Well I am a Christian and I respect God a lot. The effect of Christmas music on our shopping behaviour<br> It's that time of year where you can't step into a shopping centre without having your senses hijacked by the festivities.<br>Christmas carols on repeat, trees and decorations everywhere, kids having their photo taken with Father Christmas and all the other Yuletide madness that comes along with it.<br>If you're someone who wants to just buy your presents and get out, all of this can be highly irritating to say the least.<br>Many marketers believe that playing Christmas music in malls will get shoppers in a good mood, making them spend more time in malls, buy more impulsively and ultimately, spend more money.<br>The idea that a shopping atmosphere can influence buyers' behaviour was initially introduced by internationally-renowned Professor of International Marketing, Philip Kotler in the Journal of Retailing in 1973. <br>In his paper, Kotler described that shoppers aren't as swayed by the actual product as they are by the total experience that goes into buying the product. <br>This includes the packaging, service received and the atmosphere of the place where the product is bought. In particular, what the shopper sees, smells and hears are critical factors.<br>What does Christmas music do to our behaviour?<br>Lisa Cavanaugh, Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Southern Carolina's Marshall School of Business, states that hearing Christmas songs can actually change people's mindsets. <br>Cavanaugh, a 'gifting' psychology expert, found in one test that when religious Christmas music is played, people, religious or not, were more likely to spend money on others. <br>When non-religious (secular) Christmas music is played, people are more likely to spend money on themselves<br>Cavanaugh has also been quoted in an article by Livescience where she stated that the tempo of music can affect our shopping behaviour. <br>Slower music encourages browsing where more up-tempo music keeps people moving.<br>Classical Christmas music encourage consumers to spend more in total or buy more expensive items. A study by the Texas Tech University shows that people are likely to spend more money if a store plays classical music than if the same store plays Top 40 chart music.<br>The combination of favourable Christmas smells with Christmas music can also have a powerful effect on shoppers' perceptions. <br>A 2003 Washington State University study showed that when a store plays Christmas music and also is scented with a Christmassy smell, shoppers have more positive attitudes towards the store than when those stimuli are missing. This didn't however have any effect on whether they purchased more or not.<br>What if you don't like Christmas music?<br>The problem with many studies into Christmas music is that they are often based on the assumption that consumers actually like Christmas music. <br>This is simply not true. Many people find it extremely annoying. <br>If you don't like it, it is very unlikely that Christmas music will have a positive effect on your mood or encourage you to spend more money – in fact, it may cause you to do the exact opposite.<br>According to a Forbes article by Dr. Ron Friedman, a motivational psychologist, some consumers could also feel that malls playing Christmas music are deliberately trying to manipulate them into spending money. <br>When people feel that they are being forced or manipulated into something, it often causes them to do the exact opposite. In psychology, this is known as Reactive Theory.<br>So, in short, if you do enjoy Christmas music, don't let the feel-good atmosphere in your local shopping mall sweep you off your feet. Avoid impulse purchases by drawing up a budget and a shopping list now. <br>This actually works for those who hate Christmas music too. If you have a plan, you can get in and out of the mall quickly without feeling like you're about to fly into a violent rage. Stick to this and you'll have yourself a merry little Christmas.
